- Take mixer jar add curd besan salt red chili pawder coriander pawder tarmaric pawder ginger garlic paste blend smooth and add water and transfer to pan add water and cook well
- Take a bowl add besan baking soda salt red chili pawder tarmaric pawder cumin seeds mix add some water mix add green chili onion mix and fry pakoray in heated oil and keep aside
- Now add pakoray in curry/ Take a pan add oil heat add mustard seeds cumin seeds curry leaves stir add onion and green chili red dry chili stir add in curry and add coriander leaves and garammasala flame off
- Transfer into serving bowl and serve with boil rice
