  3. Take a pan add 3tbsp oil heat it well.then put the chicken pieces in the pan and fry all pieces both sides till golden brown.it takes 7-8 minutes.meanwhile the chicken has fried heat 1/4 cup oil in a kadhai add cardamom and cloves saute few seconds.
  4. Now add the remaining marinate in the hot oil.cook fir 2 minutes keep stirring. Add some water cover and cook until it released the oil.add chicken pieces.mix well. Cover and cook for 8-10 minutes. Check it that chicken is tender.turn off the flame.
  5. For giving smoky flavours take burn charcoal in a steel katori.put the katori in the kadhai middle of the chicke.add butter on charcoal and cover the lid immediately. After 5 minutes. Open the lid the aromatic delicious Afghani chicken.is ready.
