- In a pan add ghee roast jeera & hing. Add bay leaf & onion,saute it till transparent. Add dry spices,roast it till oil comes out.
- Add ginger,potatoes & green gram in masala. Roast it add some water. After mix all ingredients add kasuri methi, garam masala & 1 cup of water.
- Cover it & cook on low flame. Check it occasionally. When cooked add malai. Tasty yummy & quick prepare sabzi is ready.
